Working principle of bway Strawberry Stem Removing machine: Our product boasts independent intellectual property rights and features a rotary design. It utilizes food-grade plastic trays equipped with silicone strawberry positioning claws on both the top and bottom, ensuring firm placement and stability.
Strawberries can be easily and continuously arranged manually into the material holes. Once they reach the next station, a material positioning pressure plate flattens the strawberries, keeping their tails at a uniform height. This ensures that the size of the strawberry stems remains consistent during the stem removal process.
The stem removal system is powered by a synchronized motor that drives the knife rod. During operation, a pneumatic cylinder compresses the mechanism, allowing the knife head to rotate and press down. As the knife moves downwards, it carves the stem into a tapered cone shape by directing the knife tip towards the center point. The knife rod then returns along the original path.
Next, the strawberries move on to the finished product separation stage, where a pneumatic pressure rod gently pushes them out. Each station is automatically controlled and tracked via CNC technology. In case of a power interruption, all components will automatically return to their initial positions.
