- Big capacity.
To achieve a peeling capacity of 2500 to 3000 kg per hour, 16 blades work simultaneously to peel the mangoes. These 16 blades function like 16 mechanical arms, continuously picking up the mangoes you place, following the curvature of the mango’s surface. It precisely peels at every angle. The resulting peel is even thinner than manual peeling, with a thickness of approximately 1.8-2.2mm.

There’s no need for complicated operations; everything has been set up. The operator only needs to place the mangoes on the operating table. Once the machine senses the mango, it will automatically start peeling. After peeling, it will automatically place the mango back down. The peeled mango and the skin will come out from different exits.

The previous peeling machine operated on the principle of water pressure to control mango working pressure. However, a drawback was the high-speed rotation of mangoes, making it challenging to maintain constant blade pressure. In contrast to the previous peeling machine’s transmission system, which utilized a frequency converter, ordinary motor, and worm gear, Bway’s transmission system features a servo driver, servo motor, and reducer.
